What is The Winning Walk Customer Care phone number?
You can reach a Customer Care representative by dialing our toll free number 800-946-WALK (9255) for general questions and ordering by phone. For assistance with refunds, returns or credits please call during regular business hours - Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST. CDs or DVDs of individual messages can be ordered by calling this number also.
What payment methods are accepted?
The Winning Walk store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.
How does my shopping cart work? If I add an item to my cart, will I have to purchase it?
Please know that by adding an item to your cart, you are in no way obligated to buy it. The cart allows you to collect items that interest you as you shop, but you can always delete them before you check out. You can also edit the contents of your cart at any time.
How do I login?
Simply click Sign In at the top of your screen or Register and fill out the corresponding fields to create an account in The Winning Walk store. If you are a Pacesetter, you will automatically have access to the discounts provided to your group.
Is the information in my account safe and protected?
I am uncomfortable with ordering online. Can I place my order by phone or mail?
At The Winning Walk we understand that you might prefer not to order items online. You can also order any of the products you find online at The Winning Walk by phone or mail. To place your order by phone in the U.S. and Canada, call us toll free at 1-800-946-9255.

Can I be billed? Do you do C.O.D.?
Unfortunately, we are unable to invoice you or process any "collect on delivery" transactions.
