Returns & Exchanges

You may return most items sold by Winning Walk, excluding CD and DVD products, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the product is being returned as a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on CDs and DVDs, except in the case of a defective or damaged product or if an incorrect item was sent.

In addition, we have the right to refuse refund for certain items, including but not limited to:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any book or booklet that has obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts

 

Gifts:

The Winning Walk allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Please indicate the item as a gift at the time of return, and we will give you credit for the amount of the gift purchased to use towards a future purchase.
