"Anxiety in a man's heart weighs it down, but a good word makes it glad." - PROVERBS 12:25
The best of experts may not be able to tell you precisely what it means when a person says, “I’m tired.” Some might say tiredness is depletion of energy. Such a problem can be cured with an infusion of strength. Anxiety saps us, but a positive, encouraging word replenishes the emotions. There is no greater means of regaining energy than a “fill-up” with God’s Word—the best of all. “God loves you,” “God cares for you,” connect with the regenerated human spirit, and overflow outward into the mind and emotions, stirring gladness.
