Now or later

God allows you and me to make whatever choices we want to make in life, but we have to remember one thing: We pay for every choice we make. Make a good choice, a moral choice, and you pay for it up front through the exercise of self-discipline or through delayed gratification. Make a wrong choice, a selfish choice, and you may not pay for it now, but you will pay for it later. We do indeed reap what we sow. Thankfully, God has promised to give us the wisdom we need to make wise choices. Just ask Him for it.
